Cold brew
Method
- Water/coffee ratio is 12oz/2qt base, or 1892/340 ml/g = 5.56/1g
- After 12-24hr brew, add 1-2qt extra water
- From total water amount: (amt ml)*2/(2+extra amt bt 1-2)/5.56 -> g of coffee
- Grind extra coarse; probably 38 clicks on TM grinder (coarse end of french press)
